Nice room- suite overlooking the pool and vineyards in back of property. Room was cleaned beautifully each day. Breakfast was good every day. Mattress on our bed was relatively hard and uncomfortable. Bath products were funky scent- so did not use them during our stay bought our own soap and shampoo. TV remote did not work worth a damn. I thought the property was showing many signs of deferred maintenance. For $1,500 a night, we’ll stay somewhere else next time. This was our second stay at the property. Not sure we’ll be back…

Incredible! awesome! From the moment we arrived they treated us like we were the only people staying.Every staff member was beyond any expectation I could imagine. The room and the view was breathtaking. The car service to and from wineries and restaurants was incredible. We will definitely be back. This is how all hotels should be.

They didn’t have the outdoor bar area available. The water in the pool was extremely cold, even though they claimed it was at 82°F. The TV was extremely slow, almost impossible to use, and the captions for movies wouldn’t load for the same reason.
We had dinner at their restaurant, *Violet*, choosing the seven-course option with wine pairing. It wasn’t very good—even the ravioli felt undercooked.
We felt this hotel wasn’t worth the price. Next time, we’ll definitely look for another option.
