Great stay here. The room was modern and great location if your looking for good nightlife. Loads of nice restaurants and bars around. The only issue was that the air conditioning in the room wasn’t amazing but it still did the job.

We loved our stay here. We had a private room and it is in a great location (if you enjoy to party at night). We were super impressed in the cleanliness of the room and the air conditioning was perfect. it kept the room cool but was not loud. I would highly recommend Bans Avenue Guest house but be aware that it is right beside bars that play loud music so maybe not the best place if you are a light sleeper. The staff are super friendly and helpful and i would definetly book again!
