Very nice place, roof top pool and bar was very nice. Clean room and bathroom. Only complaint was the light in the bathroom wasn’t bright enough, but maybe I did y understand how to use the fancy mirror. Staff was very pleasant.

From the time I parked for the valet until I checked out, every employee of the Ben was not only extremely accommodating, friendly first class consistently gave me full undivided attention to ensure that I felt comfortable. I was being heard, and I was having a comfortable, relaxing positive stay

Staff was incredibly friendly, check in was seamless, they even follow up with you to ensure everything is to your liking. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. This is one of the best hotels in the downtown WPB area. Will stay again in the future.
