The apartment was clean, warm and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. However, the bathroom had nowhere to mount the shower head or put down soap etc. Towels minimal. The toilet fan not working. Seemed like a place that would be ok in the summer but in the winter needs to be better appointed.
Checkin most disappointing. It was -13 and pitch dark outside and the receptionists were unsure how to direct us to our apartment in the large estate. All they could say was to look for a brown door! It would have taken five minutes to walk us to our apartment and back to their office. Instead it took what seemed like a long time to hunt it down across broken pavements and fences and finally only due to the kindness of some tenants who could hear us fumbling around outside.
Checkout however was very friendly. Different staff.
