Lovely and friendly people, good breakfast. The rooms are nice and rustic, but a bit unloved. The first room I was given did not have working toilet, while the second, given as a replacement, had shower cabin doors falling apart when you want to close them before using shower. Otherwise it was OK.
The place itself is an old German-style tavern with a bar and a a restaurant with beautiful cobbled garden under old trees. Gasthäuser is located in a small quiet and sleepy village with a church and clock bell. It is family-owned and according to my host, a nice friendly older gentlemen, it was in the same family for five generations.

This was a great small German Village that had a true traditional field to it and the owners of the guesthaf really nice and helpful place to stay
