Clean room but very small compared to other Paris hotels. Good breakfast with very helpful servers.

Overall as advertised, a smaller boutique type hotel near the train station. Clean room with nice decor. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.
AC didn’t seem to work but was able to open the window to cool the room. Toilet might have been slightly broken as the water would keep running unless the flush handle was pushed just right.
