The location is perfect: close to public transportation, restaurants, main attractions.
The room is spacious, comfortable, and quiet. It has fridge, microwave and some coffee/tea supplies.
The room was never cleaned during our stay.
There is absolutely no staff on site. We had no issues while there, but if issues arise (leaks, not working lights, etc.) the only way is to contact someone from the phone downstairs. The internet link to order breakfast or modify the reservation did not work for us.

Excellent spacious room with the added bonus of a kettle, microwave and mini fridge but there are no plates or cutlery so bring your own disposable plates and cutlery.
The bathroom was small but functional with a really nice shower.
Overall a really enjoyable stay.
