ADRIAN was the best and so sweet and welcoming!! We arrived at 1 AM and he made us feel so welcomed, what a gem. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean.

Our check-in was great. Adrien was very welcoming and friendly. So was our server at the restaurant the following day. The rest of the staff were helpful but I felt less welcoming.
The hotel is very upscale and chic. Breakfast was extraordinary.
The amenities were great. There was a complimentary bottle of water for us which is not common in the other hotels we stayed in Argentina. I knew when I booked this hotel that they have a Nespresso machine in the room, and for me it was one of its attractions. In my experience hotels that have it are more on the luxe side. However this is the first hotel that charged for the Nespresso pods! Regardless of the price I thought that was very cheap of them.

I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast is nice. Room is super clean. Slept good in here. Bed is super comfy. Lots to do. And lots of coffee shops around. Camillo, Victoria and other receptionists have been so helpful from general questions, things to do and room questions, etc.
