Great experience, first time ever I saw check out at 2pm after Zhour prayer! I loved it. Very close to the prophet's mosque. The Zhour Athan woke me up and I was still able to make it to Salah on time! That's how close it is. Staff is pretty helpful.

Decent hotel. Small rooms and a little bit rundown but you get what you pay for. Very close to the Haram, which is a great advantage.
What really stands out here are the staff - honorable mention and thanks to Mr Khalid the housekeeping services manager for taking care of my elderly father's needs. His compassion and patience is exemplary.
Also a note for Shohag, who was always there for my questions and needs - very helpful and dedicated young fellow.

The hotel is really close to the mosque and a close walking distance. It's well located but just a bit hard to find. You need to search for Al Mukhtara diamond hotel. The room was well kept and clean and it came with a fridge and freezer .
