This happened whenever we phoned. none of the staff knew where to refer to.
THERES NO ROOM BOY TO RUN ERRANDS FOR YOU . so please prepare well ahead . to buy everything yourself and take.
The breakfast you better call before you book if it is complimentary. we wete told different things by different people. The staff or the restaurant people have not got a clue about this.
het an authorised email.
otherwise you will end up paying as we did.
Otherwise ok hotel.
