Don’t judge the book by its cover. We stayed in room 103. It was very nice, updated, and comfortable. Staff were nice and helpful. Would stay here again

The staff was nothing short of perfect!
This is one of my hotels I stay at when I come to Maggie Valley and I'll continue to lodge here as long as this staff remains!

Location was easy to find, plenty of parking available upon arrival. The front desk staff was very kind and accommodating, and the room was easily accessible and clean; I especially appreciated the newly renovated bathroom / shower. This visit exceeded my expectations and I will certainly be back!

Our stay at Castle Wood Inn was a wonderful experience. We have stayed at this location several times, however this was the 2nd time under new management and they did not disappoint. Most of the rooms are newly remodeled with new showers and sinks. The Decor is much more appealing. House keeping was amazing and helpful with anything that you needed. Pet friendly, great places to walk your dog. We always bring our dog and it has always been a pleasant experience. The price is great for the location. The beds were comfortable and everyone there was super friendly. Very Family friendly as well. Located close to all of the shops and Joe's Pancake House. I would recommend staying at this location. The manager is so very helpful and even was accommodating when we asked to stay another night. I was very impressed with Castle Wood Inn during this trip and I look forward to staying there again!!!
