The room was very clean, and the heating worked perfectly. The staff were extremely kind and took the time to explain the facilities very carefully.
This hotel made our time in Naples even more wonderful.

Excellent location and space.

Very well located for piazza del Plebiscito. Towels were a bit threadbare and could be replaced. Some noise from the street and our room was right next to reception so we could hear everything and probably vice versa.

The apartment was very nice and a comfy base for exploring. As the building is old, there are some upgrades that could be done (shower as example) but otherwise, an excellent stay and the air con was welcomed in 34° weather!
