The hotel and staff were fantastic - from checking in, questions about day trips and coordinating our travel back to Cancun airport we had a great experience.
The rooms themselves are beautiful and extremely clean, the daily breakfast on the rooftop provides a great view of the surrounding area and is quite a good breakfast to start your day!
