In general we were quite happy with our time at the hotel. We had no real complaints. The hotel was very convenient to the town centre.

Rooms clean friendly staff nearby shops and restaurants. Looks a little run down in areas and could do with a bit of maintenance.
Used facilities and bar in adjacent hotel that was internally linked as the diner and bar in our side was shut. Lovely cooked breakfast reasonably priced . Don’t worry about the weird noises the lift makes when reaching top floor bounces a bit on arrival. Bath takes a while to fill hot water fine but cold a little low on pressure. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great for a solo traveller, 1 or 2 night stay.
The only thing for me was thar the shower was small, and not easy for tall guy who is in their 60's .
However, it did work for me.

Really nice hotel and one of the best I've stayed at in Llandudno. Very clean, very quiet and nice friendly staff on check-in and check out. Room was spotless and facilities were spot on.
