I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport and had an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding service provided by the front desk agent, Lily. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, genuine smile and a level of professionalism that immediately put me at ease. Lily went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive, answering all my questions with patience and providing helpful recommendations. Her attention to detail was remarkable, she remembered my name and preferences, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. What stood out most was her willingness to assist with a last-minute request I had. Her kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my stay.I cannot recommend Lily enough. Her exceptional service and genuine care for guests are a testament to the high standards of Holiday Inn Express Zhengzhou Airport. I will definitely be returning. Can't find airport shuttle stop at airport, need to get taxi to hotel. Your hotel address is wrong, please update new address. Breakfast choice is limited, but it's free. Great surprise is free midnight treat, I have to ask for that, it's not offer to everyone, don't know the requirement for this special treat.
