the front desk staff is very helpful when I asked to keep my 2 luggages for my later return; room is big and clean, breakfast is very good

Other than the room is small. It’s quite a pleasant stay. Enjoyed the spa area. And there’s a Macdonald right next to the hotel, in case you are craving for a burger.

Hotel Masuda was a very nice hotel. Staff were friendly, our room was spotless and comfortable. The dinning options were really good. The dinner we had on the first night was delicious. The location was easy to find and only a short walk to the station. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.
