The staff were as helpful as can be, the quality of the amenities to make the stay comfortable was higher than I have typically seen. Probably the nicest place we stayed on our whole European vacation.
My only have one thing that I could not figure out and was not so great was the lights in the room since they controlled right inside the door and they’re not labeled, I always have to guess all these many buttons to try and get the right lights on. I wish there was some solution for that.
