Exceptional service at the Roosevelt Hotel! The employee with the pink hair went above and beyond to make sure every single need was taken care of. Her warmth, efficiency, and incredible attention to detail made my visit truly memorable. If management is reading this, she deserves major recognition for outstanding hospitality!"
