Excellent location, very clean, cute apartment. The instruction to get the keys are clear but we went to a wrong address that was in our confirmation email

Everything was fine except the communication with the people and the lack of problem solving. We arrived late our first day and were hoping to have a nice shower, but the water heater wasn’t working. I wasn’t expecting them to be able to fix it that night, but I was expecting them to have it looked at eventually. I contacted them three separate times, and they responded each time by saying they would have it looked at. Over our three days they never did, and we had to take freezing cold showers after long days of walking.

The apartment was at a completely different location than what was listed on the reservation/booking, and we chose the apartment based in large part on the location. The day before we arrived, we were emailed instructions telling us to go to a hotel to pick up the key and the email included a picture of a steep, long staircase we would have to use and informing us there was no elevator. When we arrived, it turned out to be not one, but two very long, steep staircases that were impossible to climb with larger suitcases. I felt like they purposely did not include this information in the description because very few people would ever book the apartment. It was ridiculous.

Our stay at Tallinn City Apartments was flawless start to finish. Good communication from the host, easy check in process, luggage storage lockers available onsite for €2, clean and well appointed apartment, and a very good location! Would not hesitate to stay again if I return to Tallinn.

Place was really clean and closer to restaurant, old town and grocery store. It was really convenient. Only thing to look carefully while booking through Tallin apartments is to check the actual rooms being booked. Initial search results can be misleading.
