Well, I got there and no one was anywhere to be found. It was a blizzard outside and I had already booked and paid for the room. i used the couch in the front lounge for some nap time because it was already 3am. Called the phone repeatedly, and walked around the entire hotel for a good 30 minutes. Just wanted to sleep. Finally a maintenance man walked out and found me and he still couldn't find the attendant. Finally got into my room an hour and a half after I arrived. Room was fine, but you need to have a staff person there, or at least have a number that will ring them directly.

First there was no remote but that was quickly addressed. The shower was dated and spout not sealed against wall. It did not fully shut off so when switched to shower both tub and shower ran about the same. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Staff is kind and helpful but just not given tools to succeed.
