We had a wonderful stay! The oceanfront location was perfect, and being just a short 5-minute walk to Flagler Avenue made it easy to enjoy the shops, restaurants, and local atmosphere. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Smyrna Beach!

Beautiful and perfect location for a couple. Right on the beach, low-key environment, short walk to the wonderful bars, restaurants, and nightlife on Flagler Ave. Private 'beaching area' just for salty mermaid only. Rent a golf cart / e-bike and explore. Only complaint was shower head, needs a new one. Other than that, perfect for us on our 20th wedding anniversary. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at the Salty Mermaid very much. The room was clean and comfortable and Lisa and staff were so helpful with anything we asked. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint place right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. It’s at the top of our list for a getaway to the beach.

The room was very clean. The bed was so uncomfortable , glad we only stayed one night. There was a hose right outside our room that a lot of people were using so we had to close our blinds! Our mistake coming on a holiday weekend. Otherwise it’s pretty much right on the beach and there are beach chairs available to use. The coffee pot did not work. Parking was extremely tight!
