We found View Ocean is a quite special B&B. It is family-run, and the owners are extremely kind and helpful. We booked a sea-view room and the view was speculator.
The room is a bit outdated, but it had everything we needed.
The hotel is also close to Dongdamen Night Market which was very convenient for us.
