We've stayed at the Rome Times hotel 4 times and loved the option for a king size bed, AC, convenient location and good food. Although the 4th visit started as a disappointment with my prepaid and requested junior suite not being available, Emmanuel understood customer service and went above and beyond to make it right. A special thanks to Emmauel
