Martin welcomed us and was extremely helpful with his local knowledge.
The hotel was great and was next door to an underground, across the toad from a tram stop and easy walk towards the centre.

Clean room and toilet. Kind staff. The area out side the hotel was a bit rough with homeless people sleeping in the park.
