Nice clean updated room. Breakfast buffet had a variety and was really good. I would stay here again.

We stayed in four different hotels during this vacation and Hotel Jagerhof was by far our favorite. The staff was friendly, the room was plenty big enough for three people, and there was a lot of space in the shower for all of our toiletries (and we have a teenager daughter). Our room seemed to have been recently renovated and the hotel is in the perfect location to walk everywhere. Breakfast was very good as well. The only thing missing in the room is a small refrigerator to put a few bottles of water to keep cold but that is certainly very minor. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was important considering the extremely high prices in Zermatt. Thank you to all the staff!

Everything was great except for the hotel allowing smoking on the decks which means if you want a no smoking room that doesn’t exist.
A quick solution have them smoke outside on the ground floor.
Nothing worse that smelling tobacco smoke in your room!
