My room could have been cleaned better. Our towels were always left on the floor after room cleaning. The bathroom floor was still always full of hair. Our sheets were not changed after every room cleaning.
Very disappointed with our room cleaning.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, the rooms were great (except in room 322 I couldn’t figure out how to lower the refrigerator- everything froze), the grounds and pool area were well maintained. The restaurant food was good and the free breakfast was good every morning. The only thing I would suggest is to have complimentary coffee out all day since they have fruit water out all day. Other than that the week long stay was great!

The hotel is lovely and quiet, with excellent service. It is ideal for a restful stay and for spending time with the family.
A suggestion: the restaurant menu should be more extensive.
