We stayed at the Grand Palladium for 10 nights, and as far as all inclusive hotel resorts go, this has by far been the best one.
Each and every member of staff were fantastic, and especially those who made our time here even more special.
- Wilian, restaurant manager was exceptional in being the best host
- POP entertainment Jaden, Emiliano & Reinhard for keeping us well entertained
- Rafael Jara head chef, incredible food and quality dishes. Also taught us how to make an authentic Guac!
- Finally, Jennifer front of house for being accommodating each and every day.
The only downside would be it takes roughly an house to get here from the airport, and the Expedia transfer was not on time.
We would happily return. Thank you

We enjoyed an awesome stay at Grand Palladium costa mujeres- thanks to our concierge Dan and family selection pool staff (Diego and female pool butler- I forgot her name but she was so helpful- I believe it started with a J!). A big thanks to Jesus for awesome entertainment and for taking us paddle boarding! I was bummed we weren’t able to get our room when we arrived but I was met by Oscar at bellservice who made sure our beginning was as good as possible. Thanks Oscar! Our boys also had a wonderful time in the kids club- they were greeted with friendly staff each day! We hope to be able to return soon!

The hotel was excellent, the rooms were fantastic and the team very helpful. The breakfast buffet was the best, we only had one evening meal that missed the mark the others were very good.
Great beach and pool areas. Loved getting around on the little boats.
