Such a friendly homely place to stay. The village itself is beautiful with plenty of individual shops, the people are friendly
The food at the Feathers is excellent, good choice and perfectly cooked.
We will be going back soon for our umpteen visit

Stayed with my daughter in a twin room. Really comfy beds. Room looked good, cosy and was clean. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and liked the addition of a duck for my daughter’s bath.
Great breakfast! Staff friendly. We ate dinner in the pub too and that was lovely. All in all a great stay and we’d recommend.

Great hotel, great location, and even better staff - what a tremendous stay. If I ever come back to Helmsley, I would rebook here without a thought.
