Home Chic Hotel is an excellent value. The size of the room, very strong ac, tv with full channels, large shower with great water flow , exceeded my expectations!

We were so happy how quiet it was at night when we were so close to the centre. The bathroom was spotless but the bedroom was dated....but not unclean. For the price this is excellent for people who are not planning to be in the room long but want to be close to everything!

Neat functional little hotel with a nice restaurant that does local and European very well, and a great well-kept pool. Wellpriced and bang in the happening Bassac area of Phnom Penh with many great little pop up bars and restaurants. Very pleasant and helpful staff with good English. I don't stay anywhere else now.
