We have stayed in over a dozen locations in the Tirol region and this is by far the best! It's a very nice medium of modern flair with traditional Austrian character. The FO staff was very courteous and informed us that it was their family owned family business so you could see how much pride they deliver even in their service.
I had a massage and it was the best massage room I've been in Europe...very large, high ceilings, clean, calming and the massage was also superb! I just wish it was offered daily as I was only able to have one as the service was only available on Sat and Wed.

You can’t beat the location, we were on foot and the public transport options were still great to get in and around the valley. Staff were all lovely and very helpful (the owner very kindly offered to take us to the local station on our last day).
