Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast with varied choice. 1 minute walk to the Butrint Archeological Park which was convenient. Away from the crowds of Ksamil but a 5 minute drive to the cente of town.

Location of this hotel was exceptional for the Archaeological park.
Dinner was good, as was breakfast.
Beds sufficiently comfy.
Only fault was the bathrooms were pretty small and no shower curtains so hard to keep water in the shower stall.

Perfect place for exploring the archeology and the bay. The food was really good. The staff really friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and the aircon worked perfectly. I saw a turtle.
