The location between Times Square and Columbus Circle/Central Park was perfect for us. We could easily walk to places we wanted to go or to the Subway to travel to places south of Times Square. The staff was friendly and helpful. One thing we wish we had known about was the car transportation to and from the Airport. We took the shuttle offered back as we left and it was less expensive than Uber or Lyft. We will be staying here again.

The front desk staff were welcoming, informative, and fast. Room was very clean as well. So overall this stay was good. Only thing I'd say is that breakfast was a bit bland and flavor.

I chose your hotel because I was taking my granddaughter to the Harry Styles concert and it was in close proximity to Madison Square Garden. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. The woman at the front Reinette was so lovely and she made the checking in process very smooth . I would like to thank everyone for their hospitality. The whole staff is amazing.
The hotel was very clean,
Thank - you,
Kathleen
