No WiFi in the room. You could only get WiFi if you had phone service in Brazil, which I didn’t have.

I was practically ignored throughout my 8 days stay. The nights were hot and horrible. Even though I complained about the air conditioning not working and was told someone would come fix it, no one ever showed up and no communication was had after that. Horrible service I tell you. I went there to rest but left more exhausted than when I went.
