Paisano Village RV Park & Inn

Our casita (#1) was perfect. We loved the walk in shower and king sized bed. The location was ideal for our adventures in Big Bend!

After staying at a couple of nights at high-end resort rooms in the Big Bend area--which were "just okay" in terms of room size, we were pleasantly surprised to open the door to the Emory room at Paisano RV Park & Inn. Instead of an older, dark room what we found at Paisanos was a bright, super large one bedroom apartment: seating area, kitchen, small dining table and chairs, and a lovely king size bedroom. The bed was incredibly comfy, the bathroom was large also. The location was not far from the Starlight Theater Restaurant ; the entrance to the Big Bend Ranch State Park was also close-by. The exterior of the building (with big wire dinosaur) and plain edifice was somewhat deceiving, and not at all indicative of the room we enjoyed for our one night stay. If we get to return to the Big Bend area, this would be our first choice for an accommodation, (albeit no pool, golf course or fancy courtyards at the resorts). We do recommend the nearby Far Flung Outdoor Center that arranged for our canoe paddling experience down the Rio Grande.

Stayed 5 nights in the Arroyo room...nice clean room with small microwave and refrigerator...good A/C good wifi...nice big rainfall shower...I liked that the sink is outside the bathroom...liked the nice towels and good toilet paper...little things that make a difference...nice little patio area if you want to sit outside...good location to get to the Park...short drive to restaurants...I really enjoyed my stay here
