It was spotless, and comfortable. I loved the old building and the convenient location. We had a coffee maker that had a cracked pot and they were so nice to bring us a new one immediately. The staff was extremely polite and they insisted on helping me down the few steps with my luggage from the door to the sidewalk upon leaving. Would happily stay there again.

This clean, lovely hotel was a delightful discovery just steps from Broadway’s TKTS booth. The decor is beautifully maintained and reflects its 1925 history. We will look forward to our next visit.

Everything was great! Small, efficiency apartment that allowed me to work effectively. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and everyone was VERY friendly.
They were amazing to deal with. I realized I didn't have my wallet, the morning I had to leave. Left on a train but called the main office, spoke with two amazing gentlemen, Tony and Jose, who not only found it under my bed in my room but also worked with me to have my wallet returned via FedEx. I am grateful.
