If you are after a truly Swedish experience, this must be it. Located next to a lake, which gives it its name, the hotel offers old world charm. An excellent breakfast and good dinner round it off. Just keep in mind that this is an historic property so rooms are a little smaller but cozy and with good beds.

Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel.
My staff was just before Christmas and therefore the hotel was decorated beautifully!

Arrived on Sunday around lunchtime, and the kitchen made me a sandwich as they were not doing lunch.
Thank you, above and beyond in my opinion
