The airport pickup I arranged the previous day never showed up and they seemed to not even remember talking to me. Also, same day laundry does NOT mean same day, which gave me difficulties.
The food in the restaurant was delicious! The room clean. The staff friendly and helpful, aside from communication difficulties.
