This hotel was clean and comfortable. We were in easy walking distance of the shops and attractions we wanted to visit. It was also a comfortable walking distance from the train station.

The room was good with a very comfortable bed and a good shower although it had complex controls.
Staff at checking in were nice, but didn't advice on getting breakfast ticket in morning to go with the vouchers given at check-in! Big que in morning as only 1 member of staff working very hard checking customers in between cleaning tables etc. Breakfast was very good, especially the Japanese food. They could do with more breakfast staff.
