Lovely hotel. Very courteous staff. The mattresses are slightly tough and the bath towels need urgent update

Excellent stay with excellent attentive staff. Room service was great as well. Our bathroom had some faint toilet smell and the lock was broken. There's nothing around at night, so getting food and water becomes difficult. We had to depend on the room service and tiny minibar water cups. Breakfast was ok, but limited and the same every day.

Very courteous staff. Good breakfast. But there is need to improve the quality of bath towels - the ones offered in my room were thin as dish towels
