Very nice facility! Our room was as clean as it gets, and the bed was soo comfortable If I have to return to Manila, here is where I'll stay.

The building is about 23 years old but seems well taken care of. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Be wary about the parking situation, we were not able to park in the building and the first night parked at Robinson’s Mall which was only an 8 minute walk away and the second night parked on the street. Pool was nice and had great views of Manila harbor from both the room and the rooftop pool. Room was plenty big enough for 8 people. Would stay again.

Always going to stay here! View from the window is breathtaking. Everything you need (mall, grocery, restos, sightsee...) is nearby. Can't beat the price. Owners are easy to communicate with. Best place to stay at.
