Boutique Centrale Palace Hotel

The staff were beyond amazing and helpful. The room was quite nice. Of course in this area of a city as European and ancient as Rome, the rooms are not huge. That being said this was more than enough space for my daughter and I to repack our suitcases when ours lost a wheel on all the cobblestone! Oh! Big bonus of thanks for the maroon boutique flag up high we could always come back to and see at each approach.

Great location Good A/C Poor help with transportation schedule from the hotel Not recommended for people with mobility issues

This was a charming, lovely hotel in Rome! It was close to everything! The breakfast was delivered to the room in a beautiful blue box at your desired time which was sweet. I cannot rave about the staff enough! They were over the top helpful with everything! The hotel is in a high end shopping district that did have a hustle at times but did not affect sleeping hours. I do not think it was wheelchair accessible as you had to go up 5 steps to the elevator.

Loved loved loved our stay. Me and my two little boys had the best time walking out and being literally in the heart of all major locations. We were greeted every day by Ariel and he was the best! And so was the rest of the door staff. Thank you for everything!
