lovely hotel, great location , beautiful area . Kind staff. Challenging & costly to store bags. Breakfast ok but also pricy. Rooms nice & comfy beds

I have stayed at many an Ibis but this one was the best. The young people at the front desk were delightful. The room was great - actually there were 3 of us and we got two rooms for what was the price of one in most places. The location was perfect and Rotterdam is a great city. I hope to go back and when I do, I will choose Ibis.
Ah, one more thing - my brother cut himself removing the luggage from the storage locker and again, the front desk staff were great in administering first aid and sympathy!!:)
Thank you for great service with a great attitude! Winnie
