This hotel was even better than I expected. The attentiveness, care, efficiency, and helpfulness of the staff was amazing. The pictures, on the site don’t do as much justice as they should for the quality of the hotel. The hotel does have parts that are under construction, but this did not hinder or disrupt the stay. If you are looking for a calm, quiet, convenient, secure, and comfortable space to stay in Santiago, I highly recommend.

Hotel Casa Jum is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has friendly staff who are supportive of your every need and the amenities include a restaurant with breakfast included in your stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.
