Strogili Traditional Houses

We really enjoyed our stay at Strogili Traditional Houses. It’s at the edge of Oia so you still get the stunning views of the sea and Caldera cliff but you’re not right in the craziness with tourists everywhere and squished like sardines like in the centre. There are still a lot of nearby restaurants and supermarkets so it was still super convenient place to stay. We got the 1 bedroom with verandah with a hot tub and a Caldera view. It was a beautiful room. It has essentially 2 bathrooms with an adjoining shower but it has 2 sinks and 2 toilets which is so nice for a family of 4. The verandah was huge with a very nice hot tub and tables and chairs and lounge chairs. And the views are incredible looking out at the sea and you can see the other hotels on the Caldera cliffs which is so beautifully Santorini. The staff were very nice. The property also has a nice pool you can use. They gave us a welcome wine drink. And when we left they gave us a box of treats. They are so nice! It was a perfect stay! I highly recommend Strogili to anyone!

Just close enough to the action to be convenient, just far enough out to be pleasantly quiet. George from Georgia bought us breakfast every morning with a smile and helpful advice on the island.
