Conveniently located to get into Leytonstone. The room was quite small and basic, and a little tired looking but was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in was simple and the staff we met were friendly. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Great value for money

Hotel was in a good location, tube only a 15 min walk and close to arenas. This was probably the only good thing about the hotel, which is a complete let down as the pictures made it look lovely.
The beds were so uncomfortable and mattress stained with what looked to be blood. Beds were cheap and could have collapsed at any point!
Walls were stained with splatters all over them, bodged bits of filler which weren't even sanded/painted over.
The bedside tables didn't stand straight and no other lighting than the main light with no switch close to the bed.
Bathroom was filthy, I think the only clean thing in there was the towels.
Curtains & kettle were covered in paint, no spoons for tea/coffee either.
