Location is a little far from the station, 25 win walk, but it had a (small) onsen. Hotel site says there is a convenience store ten minutes away, but there’s actually a large supermarket right next to the hotel and open till 10pm.

I enjoyed taking bath every night and toilet which washed your bottom after each use. I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
