Yellow Tree Suites

This hotel was so comfy, cozy and clean. The staff were so nice and spoke English. The room itself was beautiful walking outside to a tropical paradise. I didn’t get a chance to eat the breakfast because they came late with our food and we were expected to do a coffee tour at 8:00, but it was quite alright. The room and staff made up for that. I’ll definately be going back!!!

The property location was great for us. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The room had dishes available, which was a nice touch. Could use a luggage stand or dresser, something to help organize your belongings. Overall had a very good experience at the Yellow Tree suites.

Beautiful setting and good rooms.

We enjoyed our time here. It’s a beautifully kept property with a great view of tropical plants and many birds from the weather protected porch. Most of our stay was very quiet- because nobody was in the adjoining units. We did hear one neighbor’s conversation one night in the next unit when that was occupied. We heard 14 different (verified by app) bird songs in ten minutes one morning. Staff was helpful. The room was nicely equipped and clean. The bed could be softer but we still slept OK. The jacuzzi worked well and the shower had plenty of hot water. Issues: the listing on hotels.com said that laundry facilities were available. Two different employees confirmed that they aren’t. Also, the in-room coffee maker had a dead moth in the water tank and didn’t work well before or after it was rinsed out. Out of clean clothes, we were directed to drive to a local laundry service. That cost us a whopping $22 USD for one grocery bag full of clothes (about 9 pounds) - laundry services aren’t cheap around there. Hotels.com made things right, to their credit. Overall, still a nice place to stay in a nice natural setting. We would happily stay here again.
