The balcony view was spectacular. The apartment/room was smaller that expected, did not have 2 beds but a full bed and a couch. The area was quiet and clean. The 24 hours "concierge" was not there, we did not find the manager when we needed it.

The owner was very friendly when welcoming us. The room was clean and had a balcony, and it met our expectations.
