Loved it here. Beautiful space, wonderful people working there, delicious coffee. Very cool neighborhood.

The hotel is beautiful and grand, and is located around a 35 minute walk from the central part of Lisbon. The quality of the breakfast was excellent and everything is prepared to order but the service is "leisurely", don't expect to be finished quickly! The gardens are a lovely spot to have a drink after visiting the city. Some areas need some improvements, for example there was some mould in the bathroom and the furniture in our room was very stained. However overall this was a lovely place to explore Lisbon. Be aware there isn't a lift and all rooms are accessed via steep stairs.

Old style hotel with historic architecture, one block from the waterfront. Staff were all excellent and on point. The building is from a bygone era, so entries, stairwell, and lighting are not the most modern, particularly if you are expecting a Marriott or Hilton with a Starbucks in the lobby. Great service, outdoor area, restaurant, and clean.
