Boutique Hotel Casa do Outeiro - Arts & Crafts

Beautiful Hotel situated in a perfect location overlooking Batalha. The room was really well decorated, towels even had a flowery fragrance to them, exquisite! Highly recommend this Hotel.

A stunning and friendly hotel, beautifully curated and very much a home away from home. Wonderful, thoughtful staff. The hotel even offers bookings with a fabulous massage therapist.

Hotel was fine. Clean, friendly staff, much better than average parking at the back door. Good breakfast and nice facilities. There is one negative, though and for tourists in need of internet it is a real problem. The internet at the hotel was almost un usable in our room. This was the standard of internet from 15 years ago. Very weak signal, unable to load pages, let alone actually stream anything. I was stronger but not good closer to the reception. I had to burn through data using my cell phone as a hot spot with an e sim. This is just not acceptable in a current day hotel. Hotel staff were sympathetic but offered no real solutions. For tourists needing to check in on line for flights this is a real deal breaker. The hotel is too good to have this black mark. Decent high speed internet should be the default not a luxury.

Very nice hotel, lobby area welcoming, filled with artistic flair. Many paintings on walls. Has two elevators. Our room is clean, modern, balcony with view of Batalha monastery. 3-5 minutes walk to monastery, town square. Has two pools, outdoor and indoor. Play area for children, adult size billiard table. Receptionist recommended great, nearby restaurants, walking distance to hotel. While there witnessed Santissima Trindade, at Batalha monastery.
